RETURNS

Please email blazae@live.com.au to request a return.

You will need to provide your full name, order number, item/s and reason for return. You will then need to enclose your returns form and goods and send it back to us at Blazae Fashion, ATTN: Online Returns, 59 Jetty Rd GLENELG SA 5045.

Full-priced goods must be returned in original condition, unworn, unmarked and with original tags attached. Once your return has been processed you will be issued with an online credit. A refund will only be provided if your goods are deemed to be faulty. Items must be returned within 14 days of shipment, after this time all sales are final.

Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable. In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Blazae Fashion will not be liable if there is no tracking confirmation. Items returned outside of the 14 days will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned fails to meet our refund policy requirements. 

PLEASE NOTE: All sales on reduced items are final, we will not accept returns on sale items.

SHIPPING

We deliver within Australia only. 

All orders are delivered using Australia Post. Once your order is placed you should receive it within 7 business days. Please allow 2 additional days for locations outside metropolitan areas. All parcels require a signature upon delivery - if no one is available to accept your parcel it will be taken to your local Australia Post Office.

Standard Shipping is FREE on orders over $75
Orders under $50 is a flat rate of $7.00 for standard shipping
Express Shipping is a flat rate of $10.00
